Smiley International manufactures printed, plain and washable polar fleece blankets and snow dohar at its own facility in Haryana, India. Production runs across eight weight constructions, from lightweight Snow Fleece through to 1,000 Gram.
Printing, finishing, inspection and packing are carried out in-house, which allows buyer-specific design development, market-specific colour palettes and private-label programmes to be handled directly.

Gram denotes grams per square metre, the standard textile specification for fabric mass per unit area. As the figure increases the fabric becomes heavier and more substantial. Thermal performance is additionally determined by fibre, construction, brushing, loft and finishing.
Production covers the complete weight range, enabling customers to specify warmth, drape and cost against a defined price point.
Polar fleece characteristics
Polar fleece is an insulating textile produced from fine synthetic fibres, commonly polyester. The brushed surface entraps air to provide insulation while maintaining a comparatively light construction.

In-house manufacturing
Smiley International operates its manufacturing facility at Jatal Road, VPO Sutana, in Panipat district, Haryana — an established centre for blanket and home textile production in India. Printing, finishing and packing are carried out under direct supervision.
In-house production supports buyer-specific design development, market-specific colour palettes and private-label programmes within defined delivery schedules.
